Mary is a seasoned compensation and human resources executive with more than three decades of experience helping organizations make better talent and pay decisions.
Her background spans executive compensation, broad-based compensation, sales incentives, job architecture, HR operations, and global workforce strategy across healthcare, technology, financial services, education, and mission-driven organizations.
Before founding Comp Partners, Mary held senior leadership roles with organizations including the Project Management Institute, AAA National Office, Centene/Health Net, Hitachi Data Systems, and the Federal Reserve Board.
She brings an executive perspective to every engagement: rigorous about evidence, candid about tradeoffs, and focused on recommendations an organization can actually implement.
